Robin Williams’s last movie — “Boulevard” — hits theaters this July. In it, Williams played a married man whose long-suppressed sexual identity slowly emerges when he picks up a male hooker (Roberto Aguire) and pays him for companionship rather than sex. “The Insider With Yahoo” co-host Louis Aguirre caught up with Roberto and the movie’s director, Dito Montiel, to remember the late actor and his final work. Roberto says that when the movie wrapped in early 2014 — a time we now know was extremely dark for Robin — there were no indications that he was dealing with such demons. But Roberto adds, “The thing about Robin was, for someone to be so high, obviously you have to deal with really low lows.” Both men remember Williams only as a gentle, giving, funny man. Check out this video to hear Roberto and Dito discuss Robin’s final performance and tune in to “The Insider With Yahoo” on TV tonight for the latest in entertainment news.
